
Ingredients
2 Cups of royal quinoa
3 Cups of water
4 Cups of cream
8 Egg whites, whipped with a teaspoon of salt
8 Yolks
2 Teaspoons of baking powder
4 Spoons of butter
1 Freshly ground black peppercorn
1 Pinch of ground cinnamon
2 Spoons of Parmesan cheese
Preparation
Cook the previously washed quinoa until the grain becomes doughy. Thoroughly mix the quinoa, salt, cream, yolks and cheese. Shortly before placing the platter in the oven (silver platter is preferred), gently blend in the whipped egg whites. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and butter. Bake in medium oven for 20 minutes. Serve immediately, before it cools down and falls.
